Workshops come in 4 hour sessions. All ingredients are supplied by me. Students are asked to bring their own stand mixers, although I have some to share. Class size may be limited depending on the venue.
This is a mother recipe from which we can manipulate a variety of results and products.
As we go through the process of baking our recipes, we note the variations in textures and structure, discuss how our ingredients work together and how altering ingredients, tools and equipment will change the end product.
Working and manipulating the recipe in a hands on experience helps to solidify the knowledge and turn you into a more confident baker.
