Our instructor is Corrine from The Other Cupboard. She has been developing her skills and abilities over the last 12 years. Corrine is passionate about sharing her knowledge and is dedicated to helping her students find success in the challenging world of gluten-free.
At The Other Cupboard we believe that everyone can find their way. No one needs to be trapped into buying mass produced options if they can learn basic gluten-free techniques.

These classes are designed for people who don't have a lot of time but still want to make something nice for their families. Offerings are limited to recipes that can be completed in about an hour. Cookies & Muffins for example. Classes come singly, or in a 3-Pack which means take all 3 and get the last one half price. Mix & Match between similarly priced options.
One of: Oatmeal Berry, Pumpkin, Morning Glory
One of: Oatmeal/Coconut, Chocolate Chip Pecan, Gingersnap
One of: Muffin choices or Cookie Choices
Classes that last 2-3 hours. For items that take an hour in the oven and a little more prep time. Cinnamon buns, Bagels or Bread fit into this category. Offered as a Single or a 3-Pack. Take two classes, get the third half price.
Pick one of: Superseed, Not Really Rye, Cheese n' Onion, Focaccia
Workshops come in 4 hour sessions. All ingredients are supplied by me. Students are asked to bring their own stand mixers, although I have some to share. Class size may be limited depending on the venue.
This is a mother recipe from which we can manipulate a variety of results and products.
As we go through the process of baking our recipes, we note the variations in textures and structure, discuss how our ingredients work together and how altering ingredients, tools and equipment will change the end product.
Working and manipulating the recipe in a hands on experience helps to solidify the knowledge and turn you into a more confident baker.

Pasta & Perogies
Invite some friends over and we will bake up something good. Choose the class you want to take and how you want it presented. Minimum or maximum class sizes may be required. Price is per attendee and varies with the item/s being taught. Travel to other communities will be considered.
You and your guests get hands on the baking and make your own with my direction.
I do all the baking, answer questions and you can observe technique first hand, how the product should look. You get the recipes and I leave the baking behind.
Precautions are taken wherever possible, to keep a gf environment. Where venues and appliances are out of the control of the instructor - a waiver will be signed by students.
